Each animal will have a prepurchase exam and production records
at the sale.

All sale animals will test negative for
BVDV.

All animals in the Spring Fling Sale over 6 months of age will
be 3-way tested and provided with an interstate health certificate
to your state.

Veterinarian on-site.

Experienced, knowledgable consultants are available at the
sale for on-site assistance, and phone bidders.

Livestock insurance agents on-site to insure your purchases.
Financed purchases require insurance.

After sale shearing of your newly purchased animals.

Transporters at the sale for delivery.

Boarding services available for those not yet set up to receive
their new purchases.

Financing
Many farms are offering financing, ranging from interest
free loans to financed term sales over twenty-four months.
A down payment of 25% is required on all term sales. Buyers
will be required to sign a promissory note and maintain full
mortality insurance. for a comlete explanation of all the
terms and conditions of finacing, please contact the Star
Event's office.

While there is no substitute for the fun and excitement
of actually being at the sale, sometimes prior commitments and
special occasions make it impossible to attend. If you find yourself
in that situation for Star Events' Spring Fling Alpaca Sale,
we can offer you three alternative ways to bid: telephone bidding,
absentee bidding, and Internet bidding.
Call, fax or
email the Star Event's office to get an absentee bidders packet.
You'll need to fill out the information and return it to us by FAX
by May 2, 2008 at noon. If you are the winning bidder, we will provide
wire transfer payment instructions and help you secure insurance
and transportation for your new purchase.
1. Telephone Bidding. Please submit the form
below.
1. Will Call Bidding. Let us know ahead of time which
lots you are interested in, and when it's their turn to sell,
we will call you at the number you provide. You will be able to
hear the Sale, and bid through our telephone ringman, as the
Saleeer calls the Sale.
2. Assisted Bidding. If you prefer bidding on a private
line with a personal assistant, we'll assign you a private line
number and consultant on a first-come, first served basis. Request
this service when you request an absentee bidders packet.
2. Absentee Bidding
Please submit the form below. If you will not be available by telephone
the day of the Sale, you may provide a fax bid or sealed bid
with a "not to exceed" price prior to the sale. If verbal
bidding does not exceed your bid, we will notify you of your purchase,
and help you arrange payment, insurance and shipping.
